2. To which systems does Smart Time export time?
Smart Time can export to any accounting system. It can create files or write to web services. Export connectors have been pre-built for Aderant, Elite, Rainmaker and Deltek.
3. Do you build custom connectors for other applications?
Yes. We are happy to build data and export connectors to other applications. Smart Time is built for simple integration.
4. What does it take to deploy Smart Time?
Smart Time is easy to deploy. It can be done in just a few days.
5. What hardware/software is needed?
Microsoft IIS Server 6.0 and greater.
Microsoft IE Browser 7.0 and greater.
6. Does anything need to be installed on the desktop?
Smart Time has a zero footprint on the desktop making it easy to deploy across the enterprise.
7. What security is embedded in Smart Time?
The system has a three tier security model: User, Full and Administrative rights. User rights enable a user to run Smart Time for them self or to identify a proxy (secretary) who has rights to their account. Full Rights enables a user to run Smart Time for anybody on the system. Administrative Rights is for the System Administrator to manage the application.
8. Can Smart Time run in different languages?
Yes. Smart Time is multi-lingual. It can be configured to run in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, and Icelandic. Every menu, user screen and text description can be modified in Smart Time. Firms can change our default expressions to match their own vocabulary.
