Smart WebParts Signs Timesoft as its First European-Based Partner to Sell and Install Smart Time Application

 

August 6, 2009 - Woerden, The Netherlands - Timesoft, based in The Netherlands, is pleased to announce that it has become the premier reseller and installation partner of Smart Time, a product of Smart WebParts, “SWP”, for the European market. Smart Time, the first offering in SWP's Smart Suite of Products, will be officially released on September 15, 2009 .

 

Smart Time is a web-based application that facilitates the time entry process for timekeepers and professionals who bill by the hour, such as lawyers and accountants. By searching across various network applications which a timekeeper uses throughout an average day, such as Exchange, the DMS, VoIP phone systems, and BES Servers, Smart Time captures, consolidates and reports on time spent. Then, a summary of where time was spent is sent to the timekeepers to allow them to assign project or matter codes to time entries.

Smart Time dramatically improves the accuracy and speed of time entries. It also mitigates the potential of leaked time, or time that should have been billed but was perhaps overseen by the timekeeper. Furthermore, the application can even ‘learn' certain behaviors such as always assigning a particular phone number to a client or project/matter code, or block an email address as a personal email and removing it from the journal display.
