Smart WebParts Announces the Beta Release of Smart Time
Santa Clara, CA – May 1, 2009 – Smart WebParts, a developer of innovative software solutions for the legal, accounting and consulting industries, announces the beta release of Smart Time, a software program that allows timekeepers to quickly and accurately reconstruct their time usage and calendars, in order to efficiently bill clients for work rendered during an assigned time period.
Scalable to meet the needs of law, accounting and consulting firms with between 25 and 3000 timekeepers, Smart Time is the most cost effective method to solve the age old question – “what did I do today and is it billable.” Smart Time works behind the scenes on a Microsoft IIS Server and has a zero footprint on the desktop. It is not intrusive like desktop solutions and is easy to manage by IT professionals. It polls all possible places where time is recorded such as emails, calendars, telephones, mobile phones and document management systems, and organizes the output in easy to read, self definable reports. The system is trainable so it can recognize similar records based on client codes, phone numbers, email addresses, and other definable system fields.
