Todd Gerstein co-founded Smart WebParts in 2009 with the vision to provide innovative solutions that increase profits for law firms, accounting firms and professional service organizations. In addition to Smart WebParts, Todd is the Managing Consultant at Gerstein Legaltec www.legaltec.com where he has been helping AMLAW 100 & 200 law firms since 1982. He is the former Director of Finance and Systems for Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy in New York and the Executive Director for Feldman, Waldman & Kline in San Francisco. Todd holds a B.A. from the Ohio State University and a M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Denver .
Steve Bronstein, Founder & Chief Technology Officer

Steve Bronstein co-founded Smart WebParts in 2009 with the vision to create simple, open, portable, single purpose applications. In addition to Smart WebParts, Steve is the President of Front Office Team www.frontofficeteam.com. FOT, established in 2005, is a software consulting firm that works extensively in the legal industry. FOT has a team of professionals who provide development and technical services to law firms, legal departments and professional service organizations. Steve is the Former Vice President of Technology for Venture Law Group and the Director of Technology for Automation Partners.
Kjell Pinter, Founder & Director of Development

Kjell Pinter is the Director of Development at Smart WebParts and is responsible for the Smart Time application code set. Kjell has ten years of software development experience including four years servicing the legal industry as the Director of Application Development at Front Office Team. Kjell has integral knowledge of the .Net framework (1.1/2.0/3.5), MSSQL, Javascript, AJAX, and CSS. Besides working at several Silicon Valley startups, he spent 3 years at Oracle.
David Gallagher, UK General Manager

David Gallagher is the General Manager of the UK office where he is responsible for sales, implementation and support for Smart Time throughout the EMEA market. David has a long established career in the legal professional services arena. He originally trained as a management accountant before spending time at Miles 33 plc, Timeslice and Logica/CMG where he headed up their respective client services teams, focusing on delivering the highest levels of customer support and satisfaction. David then formed Aurra Consulting, a company that specialised in providing consultancy services to the Top 100 law firms, including services for ADERANT Expert. The business was later acquired by Tikit plc to create its own consultancy division. After 5 years, together with his former colleague Tim Spriggs he formed 27h in February 2007 which then merged with Saturn Legal in January 2008.
Gretchen Bronstein, Senior Software Engineer

Gretchen Bronstein has been writing software in the Silicon Valley for over 12 years. Currently implementing Microsoft .NET technologies for Web, services and Windows based applications in Visual Studio 2008 with SQL Server 2005. Before joining Smart WebParts Gretchen worked for Front Office Team, IMPAC Medical Systems, Robbins/Matrix and many startup companies contributing full life cycle development experience from R & D to shipping and supporting products. She has extensive experience developing software applications for the Legal, Clinical and Bio-tech industries.
